I can always post about denim. It is truly one of the most ageless and timeless materials that get better over time. It can be reworked, patched and upcycled in new ways that are still yet to be discovered.
For example, check out this Stagg Denim Jacket in Blue Patchwork, paired with the Sonia Jeans in Denim by Maryam Nassir Zadeh. You can get the jacket for a whopping $644... on sale. Or go for the denim jeans for $690. Yikes. Some pretty good shit if you ask me. This infamous designer is known for her shoe collection and has brought a new craze of designs for fast fashion retailers to replicate. (And I can't blame um...)
Either way, these pricey works of denim art inspire me and should inspire you that we can rework everything... At the very least rework denim.
BRB as I cut up a bunch of old denim and see what I can make of it. If you're up for the challenge, lets see what you can do as well.
